Overview: This article will show you how to send an invite to a resident in Rently Tour Manager (SF).
Note: This function can only be used for Bluetooth locks.
Step 1: In the left toolbar, under the Properties drop-down, click "All Properties."
The screen will refresh, and the All Properties page will appear.
Step 2: Select the Property in question.
Step 3: The Edit Property menu will appear on the screen's right side. Click "Start Lease."
Step 4: A pop-up will appear. Click "+ Add Resident."
Step 5: The Add Resident pop-up will appear. In the text box under Name, enter the Resident's first and last name. In the text box under Email, enter the Resident's email. Click "Save."
Step 6: The screen will refresh. The Add Resident pop-up will disappear. Click the "X."
The Resident will receive an email like the one below:
Congratulations! You've successfully sent an invite to the Resident using Rently Tour Manager (SF).
