Overview: This article will show you how to view a Blue Lock master code in Rently Tour Manager (SF).
Note: Only Super Admins can view master codes.

Step 1: In the left sidebar, click "Devices" under the Self-Showing dropdown.
The screen will refresh, and the Devices page will display.
Step 2: Click the arrow next to "Lock type" & select Rently Blue Lock.
The screen will refresh, and only the Rently Blue Locks will show.
Step 3: Click "View Master Code."
Step 4: The master code will appear in a pop-up.
Step 5: Click "Ok."
Step 1: In the left sidebar, under Properties, click "All Properties."
The page will refresh, and the All Properties page will display.
Step 2: Select the Property in question.
Step 3: A menu will appear on the right; click "View Master Code."
Step 4: The master code will appear in a pop-up.
Step 5: Click "Ok." Congratulations! You've successfully viewed a master code! Great work!
Step 1: At the bottom of the screen, click "Devices."
Step 2: The Devices page will load. Click the applicable Blue Lock.
Step 3: The specific Device page will load. Click "View."
Step 4: A pop-up will appear with the master code. Click "Ok."
Step 1: Click on the lock serial number.
Step 2: The screen will refresh, and the Device page will show. Click "View."
Step 3: A pop-up will appear with the master code. Click "Ok." Congratulations! You've successfully viewed a Blue Lock Master Code!
