Finding a Potential Renter's Email
Sending a Potential Renter a Link to Another Unit
Step 1: In the left sidebar, under the Properties drop-down, click "Communities."
The screen will refresh, and the Communities page will display.
Step 2: Click on the Community needing to be fully leased.
The screen will refresh, and the General tab will display.
Step 3: In the upper right corner, click "View Data Dashboard."
The screen will refresh, and the Past Tours tab will display.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Showings section. Under the Email column, you will see the email that the prospective renter used to schedule the self-showing.
Sending a Link to Another Unit:
Step 1: In the left sidebar, under the Properties drop-down, click "Units."
Step 2: The page will refresh, and the Units page will display. Click the drop-down menu under Units and select the Community that the potential renter last toured.
Step 3: The screen will refresh, and the Community will appear. Click on another Unit available for self-touring that the potential renter hasn't toured yet.
Step 4: The Edit Unit menu will appear on the right side of the screen. Click "View Listing Link."
The URL will appear.
Step 5: Copy and paste the URL into an email to the potential renter.
Congratulations! You've successfully found a potential renter's email and followed up with them regarding another Unit available for self-touring! Great work!
