Overview: This article will show you how to view the Activity Log in Rently Tour Manager (SF).
Step 1: In the left sidebar, under the Properties drop-down, click "All Properties."
The screen will refresh, and the All Properties page will display.
Step 2: Select the Property for which you wish to view the Activity Log.
The Edit Property menu will appear on the right side of the page.
Step 3: Click on "Activity Log."
The Activity Log will pop-up.
Step 4: Under "Date," you can view the following dates:
- Rent Ready- The date the status was last changed to on market.
- Device Assigned- The date a lock was assigned to the Property.
- Self-Showing Activated- The most recent date self-showing was turned on.
- Self-Showing Deactivated- The most recent date self-showing was turned off.
- Agent Showing Activated- The most recent date Agent showing was turned on.
- Agent Showing Deactivated- The most recent date Agent, showing was turned off.
- Waitlisted On- The most recent date the waitlist was activated.
- Device Unassigned- The most recent date a lock was unassigned.
Step 5: Scroll down to Leasing Activities & select the date range from the drop-down menu.
Step 6: In the Lead Traffic Source section, the percentage & number of viewings generated by the source (i.e., Rently, RentPath, etc.) can be seen.
Step 7: Scroll down to Showings. Showings is where you can view the following information:
- Name- The name of the potential renter.
- Email- The email used by the potential renter when scheduling the showing.
- Phone Number- The phone number used by the potential renter when scheduling the showing.
- Showing Date- The date of the completed showing.
- Showing Type- Whether the showing was completed by Auto Viewing (self-guided tour) or Controlled Showing (Agent Showing).
- Feedback- Any feedback left on the survey.
- Source- The platform the viewing was scheduled from.
Step 8: Scroll down to Inquires. This is where you can view the following information:
- Date- The date of the inquiry.
- Renter Name- The name of the potential renter.
- Email- The potential renter's email.
- Source- What platform the inquiry came from.
Step 9: Scroll down to Waitlist. This is where you can view the following information:
- Waitlisted Date- The date the potential renter was added to the waitlist.
- Name- The name of the potential renter.
- Phone Number- The potential renter's phone number.
Step 10: Scroll down to Vendors/Employees. This is where you can view the following information:
- Record Date- The most recent date the Vendor/Employee accessed the Property.
- Name- The name of the Vendor/Employee.
- Phone #:
- Employees with the company- the Phone # section will show as "web unlock" or "web unshackle," depending on if the employee unlocked or unshackled the account.
- Outside Vendors- the Phone # section will show their phone number.
- Email- the Vendor/Employee's email if registered with Rently.
- Memo- A recording of the Realtor's name gathered if they are added to the system as a Vendor and record their name before entering the Lockbox serial number.
Step 11: In the table under SMS via Rently Tour Manager, you can view the following:
- Phone #- The name of the prospective renter and their phone number.
- Content- The text message that was sent to the prospective renter.
- Sent at- The date and time the text message was sent.
Step 12: Click the drop-down under SMS via Rently Tour Manager to filter the data reflected in the table by phone number.
Step 13: In the table under Checkins, you can view the following:
- Phone #- The prospective renter's phone number.
- Content- The text message that was sent to the prospective renter.
- Agreed at- The time the potential renter agreed to the disclaimer text in the Content section.
Step 14: Click the drop-down under Checkins to filter the data reflected in the table by phone number. Congratulations! You've successfully viewed the Activity Log! Great work!
