Sending Self-Tour Invites

Overview: This article will show you how to send self-tour invites to prospective renters. Sending self-tour invites is important as they will help you fill your vacancies. 

Note: This invite is only good for 15 minutes and the potential renter has to complete the sign up process.

Step 1: In the left sidebar, under the Properties drop-down, click "Units."

The page will refresh, and the Units page will be displayed.

Step 2: Click the drop-down under Units to select the Community to generate the self-tour invite.

The screen will refresh, and the Units for that Community will be displayed.

Step 3: In the upper right corner, click "Self-Tour Invite."

Step 4: A pop-up will appear. Select which Unit to send the invitation to & click "Next."

Step 5: The pop-up will refresh, and you will need to enter the name, email, and phone number of the person to send the self-tour invite.

Step 6: Click "Next."

Step 7: The pop-up will refresh, and you must select the self-tour date & time. You can select the time by clicking ">" in the lower right corner of the pop-up.

Step 8: Click "Send Self-Tour Invite."

Step 9: The pop-up will refresh. Click "Back to Units." Congratulations! You've successfully sent a self-tour invite!
