Overview: This article will show you how to generate reports of where your Lockboxes are assigned, the status of all leads related to the company & all survey responses.
Note: Only Admins and Super Admins can generate reports.
Step 1: In the left sidebar, under the Accounts drop-down, click "Settings."
The page will reload, and the Company Profile tab will display by default.
Step 2: Click "Data Export." The page will reload, and the Data Export tab will be displayed.
Step 3: Select which report you want to generate in the drop-down menu under Data Category. There are three options:
a. Lockboxes- shows where the Lockboxes are assigned.
b. Multifamily Lead Activities-the status of all leads.
c. Survey Feedback- all satisfaction survey responses.
Note: If you select Survey Feedback, a drop-down menu will appear & you will be given the option to choose All Communities or a specific Community.
Step 4: Select the date range for the report.
Note: If you select Lockboxes, you will not be given the option to choose the date range.
Step 5: Click "Export."
A pop-up will appear, letting you know the report is being generated.
After approximately 30 seconds, another pop-up will appear, letting you know the report is complete.
Step 6: In the lower-left corner, click on the CSV file.
Step 7: The report will open in Excel. Congratulations! You've successfully generated a report! Great work!
