Overview: This article will show you how to update resident parking. Updating Resident Parking is important as it enables you to show potential renters what you offer for parking.
Note: This is specifically for Resident parking and not self-guided tours.
Step 1: In the left sidebar, under the Properties drop-down, click "Communities."
The screen will refresh, and the Communities page will display.
Step 2: Select the Community to be updated.
The screen will refresh, and the General tab will display by default.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Resident Parking section. There are four options to choose from.
a. Garage- use if there is a parking garage.
b. Closed Lot- use if the parking lot is closed to the general public.
c. Open Lot- use if the lot is open to the general public.
d. Other- use if there is street parking or another form of parking not mentioned above.
Step 4: Select the parking type. A text box will appear; enter any additional details, i.e., if there are any additional fees or assigned spots.
Note: If Other is selected as the parking type, an additional text box will appear where the type of parking will need to be entered.
Step 5: Scroll up. In the right corner, click "Save Changes."
Step 6: A pop-up will appear; click "Yes." Congratulations! You've successfully updated Resident Parking!
