Overview: This article will show you how to update the Self-Tour Access & Self-Tour Parking Instructions so potential renters can successfully enter your Community.
Step 1: In the left sidebar, under the Properties dropdown, click "Communities."
The screen will refresh, and the Communities page will appear.
Step 2: Select the Community to update.
The page will refresh, and the General tab will appear.
Step 3: Click on "Access Info."
Step 4: Scroll down to the Self-Tour Access Instructions. Click "Upload Photo."
Step 5: A pop-up will appear. Select the file name and click "Open."
The screen will refresh, and the photo will appear.
Step 6: Enter the access instructions in the text box. See below for instructions on each Community Access type.
a. Lockbox- ensure the directions state the Lockbox location.
b. Code- ensure the directions state the intercom location.
c. None- ensure the directions state the primary entrance location.
Step 7: Under Self-Tour Parking Instructions, click "Upload Photo."
Step 8: A pop-up will appear. Select the file name and click "Open."
The page will refresh, and the photo will appear.
Step 9: Enter the Self-Tour Parking Instructions in the text box next to the photo. Provide parking instructions for potential renters visiting your Community.
Step 10: Scroll to the top right. Click "Save Changes."
Step 11: A pop-up will appear. Click "Yes." Congratulations, you've successfully updated the Self-Tour Access & Parking Instructions! Great work!
