Agent-Led Touring Scheduling
Added settings to support allowing Agent-Led Tour scheduling for enabled Yardi communities. The Agent Showing Schedule sets hours allowed for Agent Tour scheduling, while we also read your Yardi Calendar to block off times which are unavailable. We will also display all vacant units, instead of only those active for self-guided tours.
Agent-Led Tours will appear as Appointments in your Yardi CRM, and guest cards will be created as required.

SMS Opt-In Changes for TCPA
- Prospective Renters would now have to agree to receive text messages when they sign up with Rently.
- Showing invite and pre-booking and waitlist related text messages will not be sent to Renters.
- Only emails will be sent for Showing invite and pre-booking
- Waitlist related text messages will only be sent when a prospect has opted to receiving SMS from Rently
This was done due to recent TCPA Guideline changes of sending any text message (whether marketing or transactional) to a user without explicit agreement from them.
Community 'Show on Map' Updation
Changed and fixed user experience when we cannot verify an address via Google Maps. Updated UI of error and Show on Map success to reduce confusion.
Directions to Unit Fix
Fixed minor bug when user tries to edit part of a Unit Instruction and the end of the text gets deleted instead.
Restrict Displaying Inactivated Communities and Buildings
Fixed minor issue where we allowed assigning a unit to an inactivated building. Fixed minor issue with inactivated communities from being selected for Agent community assignment.
Return Key Reminder for Charging w/o Credit Card
Removed warnings of charging prospects when there is no credit card required for the company/community for a self-guided tour.
