Overview:
This article will give you an overview of the Community Dashboard in the Rently Smart Home Portal.
The list of Communities the Agent has access to is displayed as cards on the Community dashboard. The Agent can navigate between different communities (has access to) by clicking on the Community cards listed under the Communities tab.
The Community card displays the Community name, Community address, Community profile image, the number of assets under the Community, and the number of residents who are part of the Community (based on the number of invitations).
The Agent can edit or update the Community details by clicking on the settings wheel icon on the right corner of the Community card.
Note: The term "Communities" applies only to Multi-family properties. For single-family properties, they are referred to as "Asset Groups." There is no difference in the functionality of the Communities and Asset Groups.
