Individual Asset Details Page - Activity Log
On the left navigation bar, click "Assets." Locate the asset you would like to view and click on it.
The Assets detail page will open. Click on the "Activities" box to view the activity logs for this asset. The activity box explains the status of the installed devices and has a heart icon.
The following is a status key:
Heartbeat | The primary device, the hub, reports a heartbeat every 30 minutes. Communicating it is online and functioning. |
Lock Jammed |
The deadbolt is not extending or retracting the whole way. |
Cellular Signal Strength |
What kind of signal strength the hub's receiving (Excellent, Good, Low, No Signal) |
Config | When a software update was communicated to the device. |
Lock Code Setting/Set | A code is trying to set or has been set. |
Z-Wave Signal | Type of connection and strength the device has to the hub. |
Remove Device | A device was removed from the system. |
Add Device | A device was added to the system. |
Room Temp | Room (Temp, humidity, set point). |
Battery | Low battery, Change the battery, percentage status. |
Lock manually | The deadbolt was locked by hand. |
Failed to unlock passcode not set on lock | The code was not set to the lock. |
Auto-Lock is Successful | The auto lock was successful. |
Unlocked via IC card | A fob unlocked the lock. |
Unlocked via passcode | A set code unlocked the lock. |
