Smart Home Portal - Settings Overview
Overview:
In the left navigation bar, click on "Settings."
The "Settings" page displays an array of boxes that allow you to monitor or control different aspects of your property.
Software Integrations:
This box is for vacation rentals only. If using a software integrations system to set up and monitor reservations.

Notifications:
This allows you to set up notifications for each staff member to receive notifications about devices in properties.
Company Details:
Allows you to edit company information, name, time zone.
Dashboard:
Allows you to customize what you see when you first login to the portal.

Groups:
Groups can be created to assign all staff to hubs or specified staff to a region.
- Refer to Settings - Groups for further instructions on this option.
Locks:
Yale locks only, you can select a time frame for the locks to automatically lock.
- Auto lock can be set for 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 3 minutes.
Lighting:
If a property is vacant, you can set a time for the lights to turn off.
Thermostat:
You can customize settings for thermostats.

Monitoring:
For any properties that have a sensor, a monitoring system is attached. For any property that is vacant you can set a schedule to have the monitoring system armed so you'll receive notifications.
Pool Controller:
This feature is listed however we no longer offer pool controllers.
Application Settings:
Enable and/or disable the work order feature.
