Smart Home - Residents Page Overview
The "Residents" page allows you to monitor and/or control residents' access.
Click on the "Residents" menu option in the left navigation bar to go to the Residents page.
The Resident page will open.
All residents assigned to an asset will display (20 per page).
Note: Summary is filtered by "Property."
The following actions can be completed on this page per resident:
- Send email
- Send text
- Move out from the property
- See if resident status: invited or accepted
- Edit Resident information (Update code/activate fob, name, and phone number)
- Note: You cannot customize or view the resident's code or edit the email address
You can enter the resident's name or the property information to search.
You can filter "All Property" to search for a specific Unit by the Unit name/number or hub serial number.
You can filter by "All Invitations" options, including All Invitations, Accepted, or Invited.
