Rently Keyless Dashboard - Reservation Overview
Vacation rental properties will utilize this page to monitor property rentals, check-in times, and dates.
When you open your dashboard, on the left navigation bar, click "Reservations."
Your Reservations tab will open.
This menu will show you all the information for the reservations you have. You can see the name(s) on the reservation, what home is being rented out, and the dates/times of the reservation.
The Reservations menu will help you monitor your properties' current, upcoming, canceled or expired reservations.
Searching for Reservations:
You can filter reservations by using the search field. Click the drop menu to display your options. Some of the options available would be:
- Guest Name
- Property Name (If the home has a name)
- Reservation ID
- Hub Serial Number
Creating a Vacation Reservation:
You can create a vacation reservation manually from this menu as well. For more in-depth instructions on how to do so, visit this article:
Editing Vacation Reservation:
You can edit a current or upcoming reservation. Find the reservation you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon.
If you click on Edit, a new menu will appear.
You can edit any information that may need to be changed—reservation dates, times, reservations email address, Security Code, etc.
Click "Save" when finished editing.
