What’s New
Pet Policy, Community Amenities, In-Unit Amenities, and Resident Parking Enhancements
Within your community's general settings tab you will now find new fields to outline important marketing information for your renters. Based on renter studies and surveys we have found these to be the most important items when determining a place to rent. Also, communities with this information have higher conversions for scheduled tours. Make sure to check this new section out and update the information here, as well as your updated Community Listing Page for its fresh new look!
Community Average Enhancements in Aggregate Data Dashboard
We've done some enhancements to the way in which averages are calculated in your portfolio's aggregate data dashboard. Now, we won't calculate communities with any activity into averages for more precise and accurate reporting.
Include Tour Status in Multifamily Lead Activity CSV Report
We've added a new column in our data report for tour activity to easily know the status of the data in our CSV Report. We are working on more enhancements to this report, like including cancelled/no-show tours, as well as external IDs for guest cards related to these tours if you have an integration configured. To access these reports, navigate in your portal to Settings > Data Export.
ADA Property Manager Information:
On your renter's self-guided tour Journey, ADA will now display the property manager information when a prospect clicks on “How to contact a Property Manager” during a Self-Guided tour.
Entrata Enhancement for ILS Integrations
Allows for the proper creation of Guest Cards in Entrata from leads generated from our ILS partners that use our Availability API.
Realpage OneSite Multi-Unit Tour Block Off Times
This feature reads the community calendar and offers self-guided tour timeslots for scheduling when one is available. This feature works for all RealPage integrated communities with a Multi-Unit Touring.
Multifamily Portal Codebase Upgrade
We have been working the last year consistently on updating the codebase of our portal to something more advanced and fresh which eliminates a lot of the off user experience issues you may experience on our system. Alongside this update will be many more general changes which will make your day-to-day use of Rently more enjoyable.
