The lockbox is giving an error [Renter]
- Please make sure to input the access codes you received in the text on the lockbox.
- Press "ENT" and the lockbox will light up, then press "FUNC" three times and "ENT" one more time, wait until the lights go off.
- Press "ENT" and after that enter the 7 digit code unique code you received and "ENT" again. Make sure you hear the beep each time you press the button as well.
- If it still doesn’t work, please contact the property manager for alternative viewing methods.
- Please make sure to input the access codes to the lockbox (Not the lockbox serial number)
- If multiple attempts do not work, this lock must not be synced properly. This means you cannot complete the showing at this time.
