- The $0.99 fee is just a one-time fee we charge our customers so that you can view the properties on our Rently website. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, for a refund.
- Application fee
- For all Rently application refunds, please send an email to email@example.com with the address of the property, our application specialist will revert with an update.
- For all Non-Rently application queries, please contact the property managers directly. You can find the property manager's company name and contact information on their Rently listing.
- iQual Plus
- Unfortunately, iQual plus service is non-refundable. If you are having technical issues with the iQual plus service, please contact support.
