The Main Contact Email receives all billing information. In addition, you can set up alerts using the check boxes to the right (Vendors, Leads, Viewings, Feedback).
The CC Email fields will receive a copy of the selected alerts sent to the email provided.
How can agents get notifications for the properties they are assigned to?
Agents have the ability to receive notification emails for the specific properties they are assigned to. Under the Profile tab, select Property Alerts. From here, they can select which alerts they want to receive and for which properties (or all).
