Here are some of the possible reasons a renter wouldn't be able to receive an access code:
- Viewing properties that are extremely far from each other
- Not uploading proper identification (we require an unexpired government or state issued photo ID)
- Personal information, such as name, did not match the uploaded ID
- In the provided selfie, we were unable to identify the renter or the photo looked substantially different than the provided photo ID
- The ID photo provided was too dark or blurry to read
- The wrong debit/credit card information was entered too many times
- Someone was logging into multiple accounts with the same device
