Business needs can fluctuate and Rently makes it easy to manage your supply of lockboxes. We will verify that your shipping address is up to date and send out your request right away.
Adding or removing lockboxes will adjust your monthly invoice accordingly.
Order More (or Replacements):
Anytime you need more lockboxes or supplies (such as rider signs or blue shackle tags), reach out to your Rently Client Success Manager.
If you aren't sure who to contact, please use your Zendesk chat bubble located at the bottom of your manager portal.

Note: Due to the size of the boxes, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Returning Lockboxes:
To return a lockbox is even easier. Just send any lockboxes you don’t plan on using to our return address and we will remove them from your Rently portal.
