To cancel your Rently service, you will need to return all Rently lockboxes.
Lockboxes can be sent to our operations facility:

Camarillo, CA 93012
NOTE: Any form of shipping with a tracking number is acceptable.
Please check the manager portal for your current number of lockboxes and their associated serial numbers. Rently invoices are based on the number of outstanding lockboxes showing in your Manager portal.
Once we receive the lockboxes, they will be removed from your next invoice.
If you believe you have lost a Rently lockbox please contact your Rently Client Success Manager, or use the orange bubble located in the bottom of your Rently manager portal to submit a ticket for our team.
