Most issues can be resolved by:
- Following the prescribed steps in our Help section
- Using the Rently Renter mobile app
And if this doesn't resolve their issue, renters can submit a help ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will respond with a resolution.
As an alternative, please feel free to schedule an in person showing if your potential renter needs any special assistance outside of what we can provide.
