Your coworkers, assistants, or partners may also want access to the Rently manager portal. Rently lets users with the role of Admin create new logins for your account, also known as Agents. Agents will be able to edit property settings, generate unlock/unshackle codes, and access your leads.
Adding a Leasing Agent
From the Agent page on the Account tab, you will see a list of all current agents with logins for your account.
By clicking the "Add Leasing Agent" button, you will be prompted to supply the following information for the the new user:
Full Name: The first and last name of the new agent. Login Email: This will be the email the new agent will use to login. Mobile Phone Number: We use this phone number in order to send certain property specific notifications or forward calls. Custom Text Message: This will be included in "Text Link" messages sent to prospects. Transfer to Region: If you have more than one "Company Tab," this is where you can assign your agents to a specific "Company Tab" or region. Note: This option will not be available for all managers. Role: You can assign a specific role for different levels of access to your Rently Manager Portal.
Active: For current agents this box should be checked. Un-checking this box will remove the agent's access to your Rently manager portal. Enable Scheduler: Checking this box will treat the agent as a Showing-Agent for the purposes of our Scheduler feature. |

Editing a Leasing Agent
An agent with the role of Admin can also edit an agent's information. To get to an agent's profile you will need to click their name from your list of agents on the Agent page of the Account tab.
An agent can edit their own personal information from the Details page of the Profile tab and clicking "Edit Agent Profile." The fields are the same as when adding an agent.
