From the Account tab, the first page will give you access to the Company section.
This is where you can update your company's notification settings, the auto-showing schedule and a few other company wide settings by clicking the "Edit Account Settings" button.
Company Settings
Main Email: Will receive notifications, and reply-to emails from renters. This email also receives the monthly invoice from Rently. "CC Email" Fields: Will receive additional copy of notifications emails. Main Phone: Phone number that will be forwarded renter calls. Auto Voicemail: Unanswered calls to the Advertised Phone Line are transferred one of two ways: If checked, they are recorded as voicemails and sent to the Main and CC emails. *Must remain unchecked if the phone number has an automated phone tree where callers must press a button to select an option. Application URL: A generic application link for all properties. The property application will override this field. Time Zone: Select your Time Zone. Visitor Type: Enable Safe Mode or other invite options. Max Visits Allowed: Number of page views before a renter is sent for additional review. Schedule: Set the availability for auto-showings. This will not affect Vendor or Agent access. Agent Showing: Enables the Agent Scheduling feature. Tracking Info: Allows you to designate a storage location for lockboxes in your account. |

Email Notification Types
These Email notifications (or alerts) will be sent to the associated email addresses when checked.
Vendors- Notification when Vendor checks in using the vendor line Catchall for agents- If an email comes in that no agent is assigned to, it will go here Leads- Copy of email inquires from our syndication partner listing sites Viewings- Notification when renters check-in at a property for a self-showing Feedback- Copy of the renter feedback survey sent after viewing a property Call Center- For clients using our integrated Leasing Call Center, this setting will allow you to get any special alerts
