Showcase Communities to potential renters in Rently Tour Manager by pinning critical points of interest and amenities using Rently's mapping feature.
- Pinning critical points of interest and amenities will ensure that potential renters see them during their self-guided tour of the Community.
- Click and hold on the map to bring up the Select a Marker menu:
- The top right button can be clicked to enable the 'Satellite' view.
- All roads, paths, and streets are mapped to provide straightforward navigation through the entire Community for their self-guided tour. See the examples below:
Map Pins:
Parking - Designates parking for the specific Unit. For self-tours, choose the parking pin nearest to the Lockbox or Unit.
Building Entrance - Designates the building entrance. Place the pin where the prospective renter is expected to enter the building to find the Unit designated for self-guided tours.
Lockbox - Designates where the Lockbox is located if a Lockbox is required for Community access. Note: If the Lockbox is located at the Unit door, do not pin it.
Leasing Office - Designates the leasing office. Note: Utilize this pin so potential renters visit the leasing office during their self-guided tour, enabling them to ask any questions they might have.
Stairs - Marks the location of the stairs.
Elevator - Marks the location of the elevator.
- Note: Setting the stairs and/or elevator pins is useful when the Unit isn't on the ground floor.
Amenities - Use these pins to highlight any amenities within the Community (i.e., a Gym, Sauna, rooftop Pool, etc.) Note: If an unlisted amenity needs to be included, please notify your Client Success Manager or send the request to jonas@rently.com.
